Terrible service at Samsung Mall of Africa

Absolutely terrible service from everyone at this store!!! I was your Samsung store at Mall of Africa earlier today around 4pm and when My brother and I walked in the store the employees didn't not acknowledge that we was there and come assist us. We stood there waiting for 5-10 mins in the store waiting for someone to assist. While they where all just standing around talking and did not bother assisting until we had to go one of the sales assistants and ask to be helped. I'm a very disappointed in the attitude of the employees there who work there who couldn't be bothered to help. This is not the kind of service I expected to come form a well-known company like Samsung.
