Terrible Service

I went to Samsung in Nelspruit at ilanga mall yesterday to purchase a battery for a Grand Neo as cellphone providers directed myself to Samsung.<br> First of all no one assisted me, when i approached someone they said they do not have stock. They then proceeded to tell me to drive to the riverside centre on the other side of nelspruit as they were sure they would have stock.<br> I insisted that they phone to find out and when they eventually did they said there is no stock either.<br> I then asked the staff to order it and take down my number which they refused, saying they dont need too. i must just check in everyday from weds-fri. I do have a job and cannot run after poor service like that, all i require is a battery and for such a large international company the staff are actually quite pathetic. I was a paying customer and i have used Samsung my whole life and everyone i know has one, but after this i am a little bit irritated with Samsung.
