Terrible Service

I have been looking around for the Samsung WIFI Speaker WAM 550, i get to the digital experience/Samsung store in fourways crossing and dealt with a gentlemen named Glen Modisenyane. He indicated that they have stock of this item yet it is a discontinued product which they would be sending back. They indicate that the price is R3400 per speaker which i then showe them the pricing at Dion Wired Woodmead which is R1500 for the exact speaker. Glenn then goes to the Manager, Graham Cohen, who sees the picture then indicates to Glenn that he would need verification from Dion Wired in order to give me the price that i want, Glenn calls Dion Wired Woodmead and the gentleman he speaks to says that its not R1500 but the product is R3500. i chatted to Glenn to tell him i will drive to Dion Wired Woodmead as i am 100% sure that the item is R1500 as i had photographic proof. I drove to Dion Wired Woodmead and the Manage Clinton had called to confirm the price with Glenn at R1500. I thereafter called Glenn and he indicated they cannot give me this prices and they will be sticking to R3400 per speaker as the item was Dion Wired last item which wasted my time!
