I had the misfortune of having to visit the Samsung Store Tygervalley (WHICH, by the way is just a branded store, actually got nothing to do with Samsung). Met the most revolting staff, no welcome, ****ty service, disgusting attitude, not interested in helping at all. Right from the two people that attended to us walking in the door - with no hello, how may we help you etc. just rude and unhelpful. Right to the technician, useless. The store manager, shame is the only poor person trying to assist. Then a rude bombastic arrogant man butts into the conversation - chirps us, then proceeds to say he is the owner of the store.
