Service , what service !!!

<p>I have been three times to Samsung in Tygervalley to sort out a very small error (according to them) yet has been asked to come back again. In the two hours that I've spend in the shop realised that it is very easy to sell the product yet based on the long ques in the customer service, the many unhappy clients that walked out and their inability to sort out this small error, that I should avoid any Samsung product in the future</p>
