Service time

I walked in, got a ticket, sat on their comfy chairs.<br> Then i asked the two guys next to me, how long are they waiting. One said 15 min, other said 20 min<br> <br> 20 min!!! Really, just to drop off your damaged cellular phone.<br> <br> Please look into the fact that people do not want to spend most of the day sitting at a Samsung repair shop.<br> Please look into having faster service for clients<br>
