Samsung TV

Samsung is one of the Brand that I prefer as my appliances to use at my home, but after I bought a tv at Game Store Pritchard Street for R11999.00, and when I arrived home and find that it has a mark at the right side of the corner ,and when returning it to the store and be told I break it, and it wont be exchanged ,I don't think I will ever, ever buy anything from Samsung or recommend anyone to buy any of the Samsung brand, I just wonder what contract have they signed with the game stores, they way I feel its like they are ripping us black customers with the Samsung products I rally curse the day of me going to Pritchard Game Store.
