SAMSUNG - supplying goods not in box

My partner and I bought a Samsung Tab4 10\ in <br> December 2014 (my Christmas gift) with the Tab we were supposed to get a home theatre system. <br> Samsung Alberton City didn't have a home theatre system at the time and promised that we will get it a week later. (this was the 23rd of December 2014) <br> We never heard from the store again until we went and enquired when we will get our home theatre system. <br> after a week long wait once again - we were phoned and told we can collect the system. <br> I went to the store the 10th March 2015 to collect the system and the employees at the store wanted to give me a system that is not sealed in a box. when I enquired about this they said they don't have a box and when I get home I will anyway take it out of the box. - I was shocked and the attitude I got from the store manager. telling me I will have to wait some more. Why must I wait 3 month for something I already paid for. I tried phoning Samsung SA and they just said they cant help me....."
