Samsung service Cape Town - Shocking !!

Absolutely shocking service from Samsung South Africa!! We have been without a fridge for over a week! Fridge is still under warranty, I have to follow up constantly to find out when they will be coming through. Parts were ordered 4 days ago and still has not arrived, this would be our second weekend without a fridge. I have asked for management to contact me, and guess what .... I am still waiting!!!!
