Samsung Sandton Theft

Where is my Money?? we incorrectly purchased from the Samsung Sandton store on 9 March and then realized it was incorrect. the product did not even leave the store and I completed the info for reversal. I received a call to confirm my banking details a week later and every week I call the staff at the store but still have not received my refund!!!!!! Pathetic.
