Samsung Sandton City Technical

I am extremely upset and angry about the poor or lack there of, of communication provided by the technician at the Samsung store in Sandton City, JHB. I needed to do a factory restore on my S22 and the technician failed to advise me to ensure my whatsapp and other apps were not encrypted and were all backed up before doing the reset. I have now lost all my whatsapp communication and notes, which are required for my business!!! This is absolutely furiating!
