Samsung S21 free tablet no show

On buying my S21 I app**** for the free tablet that was on promotion in the time frame given. I got a reference number, but from there on no response. Contacted them through Samsung Members and got the explanation that the tablet deliveries were delayed. Can Samsung please follow up on their applications, otherwise this was nothing more than false advertising and a way to sell more of their product.
