Samsung not living up to its standard!!!

I bought a Samsung microwave oven over a year ago at Makro.. A 40ltr mirror reflection one. The microwave is not heating properly and now has completely stopped working. I emailed samsung but i am given links to follow and not much information on how to resolve this issue and where to have it checked. The social media page (Facebook) is also not user friendly. Quite frustrated honestly!!
