Samsung Mini S5 Repair

To think Samsung is such a big Electronics Co, but never thought I would have such a bad experience getting my cell phone repaired. After being referred by SAMSUNG SA where to take the phone in for repairs. I took the phone in on the 23rd June 2015 as advised by SAMSUNG to a service provider in Edenvale. I could understand after the first 2 weeks, as I mailed the service provider sorry awaiting stock from Samsung 3rd week, now awaiting new spares, now 6 week, will take it up with TOP MANAGEMENT, how dissapointing, and this just to learn awaiting stock on the \screen"to be repaired. I am very unhappy as to why it must take so long just for the phone to be repaired"
