SAMSUNG MC456TBRCSR Glass Tray keeps on cracking 3rd tray allready

My Microwave SAMSUNG MC456TBRCSR is faulty because it keeps on cracking the glass tray. Hirsh's in Constantia simply says they cannot return the broken plate and that I have to order yet another new one

This is the THIRD glass tray since I bought the microwave in 2015. The last tay did not even last six months.
