SAMSUNG HAS THE WORST SERVICE

This is the 2nd time I'm totally unsatisfied with Samsung due to same problem I'm washing machine is new 7 months old in January I had a drainage problem and it was repaired after 2 weeks of calling them everyday. Now the front glass is shattered. I reported it last week Thursday I called again Saturday and I called again Yesterday and today and was told I will be attended to by end of week, but no details were given as to will they be able to help? Does this fall under warranty? A date of them coming to see the appliance nothing? I've got 5 kids just imagine the dirty laundry I have while being given a run around by Samsung consultants. I'm so frustrated Truelly. I hate the brand with a passion
