Samsung Free Ear Budz ****!!!!!

Very disappointed in service received from Samsung!!

I upgraded in February and got told my S21 vomes with free ear buds...2 months later, countless phone calls and lots of airtime wasted still no ear buds!

Every time I call they say they have been experiencing backlog and my promotional item will be delivered shortly. I have spoken to so many different agents and they all just make empty promises.
