Samsung Flipp Wallet

I bought a original Samsung 6 edge flip wallet on the 6/7/2015. With a 3 months warrenty. Quite pricy at R459. The coners start cracking. I took it back on the 23/8/2015 They didn't want to change it and the manager said he must first speak to the supplier. After some arguments it was replace without money back option. The coners start cracking again. Took it back on the 6/9/2015 and 2days later it cracks again. I phone the manager (Willie at the Clea****er Mall shopping centre) yesterday and ask for a refund. He said he would phone the supplier and come back to me. Still nothing heard from! him. On Sunday their were 3 other customers bringing g back the same wallet with cracked corners. This walett gets very expensive because I must took it it back every time. We phone Samsung cusemor care but all they say, is take it back to the shop where bouhgt. Please I want my money back so I can buy another cover. Def not a samsung product. Why must the customer drive up and down for a faulty product. Cracking once yes but four times???Marie
