Samsung Eastgate Store Poor SERVICE

<p>i walked into the eastgate samsung store today at about 2pm to query something on the samsung curve tv as i recently bought one, i expercienced the worse response from a consultant by the name of ANTHONY i was looking for answers to what are the capabilities and specs of the samsung curve tv compared to the other models, when i asked the consultant what are the specs he responded why didnt the people at the store you bought your tv at help you he was arrogant for no reason he wasnt helpful i queried how would i go onto youtube his response was we dont keep remotes in the store.</p> <p>this guy has no customer centricity.......makes me feel like i should have bought an LG</p>
