Samsung Eastgate

Hi, I bought a sumsung A04 at Samsung Balito on the 09 October 2023 which I have fantastic service from Yourica, I asked her tht if happens tht I have problems with the phone can I use Jhb branch cause I'm from Jhb she said "yes," On the 25 November 2023 I went to Samsung Eastgate store I for a sales lady at the door and she asked me how can she helps me, I told her tht my phone A04 it got pop outs showing USB connection all the time and it getting hot and the response was this phones they got common problem but I will call one of our technicians to help She called him first question was Where did you buy a phone? I said Balito Where are the documents? I miss placed them, but you can confirm with Balito branch and the guy said they don't tht because they are franchise and it's my responsibility to get the documents I said ok l call Balito Samsung immediately and they helped me with documents and they find it strange tht they can't help me.. And they said to me I must hand over the phone to the lady and fill in the form and explain wat happened to a phone I told tht I was charging the and suddenly started to pop out this and the phone gets hot... And they say I can hand it over and I left it they will call me. Then they call me they say it's water damage and thts it's impossible..

To its seems like Samsung A04 they have factory fault and they know about it and they ****ming people just finish they are stock, the fact tht the lady said it's a "common" problem and the second one for them for not helping me without my documents and not even trying to contact Balito branch to help a customer to me they were not having any intention of helping at all, so now they want me to pay R2000 to fix it a water damage I dnt know... So I just want my phone but Samsung just lost the customer
