Samsung customer support extremely poor.

Subsequent to my complaint about my fridge repairs, I have has further conta ct with customer care. They informed me the case was closed and the fridge repaired. This does not tally with the verbal report they have me on site. There is more to this story, but I have pushed to pillar and post. In summary, Samsung are not taking responsibilty for a defective product.
