Samsung Clearwater Upstairs deliver the goods

<p>So - Samsung Clearwater Downstairs not so hot. Bought and had installed a new memory card - somehow they changed my settings so I couldn't make calls.</p> <p>Ended up Upstairs with Craig Reddy. Ranted and raved because when I phoned I was told to come in - they couldn't help me over the phone. She neglected to tell me the technicians leave at 16h30, so when I got there: no technicians. They had gone home. Craig phoned one and asked him to come back and help me. In the meantime he fiddled with my phone and between us we realised my dual sim had been swapped so I was trying to make calls using my data sim, not my airtime sim.</p> <p>Great job Craig - thank you for your polite helpful manner, and for dealing with me so professionally.</p>
