Samsung Brooklynn Mall

Tried to get hold of someone at the Samsung store Brooklyn mall. Phone is just ringing. I have tried for the past 3 hours. Emails have been sent, and still no response.<br> <br> Delivery and installation has been booked for today, 21 September. Can someone please get back to me, or answer the incoming calls?
