Samsung Brand Store Tygervalley Poor After Sale Service

The Samsung Brand Store in Tygervalley is only interested in sales, not in repairs. They even tell you at the door that they are only open for sales on the weekend. They will not see you about any other issues on the weekend. This makes it very difficult for people who have normal working hours to come during the week. Besides that, they sent my son's phone to weFix to be assessed. They ask R189 for this quote. The quote was ridiculous. My son asked my elderly father to take it in for him. When he got it back after rejecting the quote, he did not realise that the phone was more damaged than when he handed it in. The entire back of the phone was now also cracked. It is clear from the diagram that was filled in at the store, that this was not broken when we handed it in. We asked them to repair the damage they had done and in the end, we were told that my father had broken the back of the phone himself. We are disgusted that they would take advantage of an elderly man in his eighties this way and we will never stop giving this store bad reviews until they admit their fault. We have recently purchased two televisions and have opted for Hisense, as we will never buy anything from Samsung again. Congratulations, you have killed the Samsung brand for us. I was going to buy the top of the range Samsung tablet, but now I will opt for the iPad Pro. A friend also had problems with her warranty on a R 30 000 fridge. Samsung clearly does not care about its clients.
