Samsung- AVOID AVOID!

This message is really just to warn ANYONE who is on the market for new appliances to avoid Samsung AT ALL costs. Their products are the biggest ******* out and their after-sale service is non-existent. My parents bought a Samsung Microwave. After a year, the inside started lifting and peeling away. When we contacted Samsung, we were rudely told that it was due to “improper use” and “heating food” in the microwave which caused “vapours”. I asked if anyone could tell me what a microwave was then to be used for; no reply. Now my Samsung washing machine/ dryer combo has packed after 4 years. The drum has completely snapped. I honestly don’t think there is a more inferior product on the market and I warn all buyers to AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
