SAMSUNG AND MTN LIES ABOUT TAKE A LOT VOUCHERS UPGRADE TO S20

Morning I did my upgrade through MTN to Samsun S20. The consultant who helped me stated I would qualify for a R500 take a lot voucher.

I then subsequently had about 15 conversations with MTN AND SAMSUNG. I received an email from Samsung stating they need proof of purchase which was provide via e-mail (proof van be provided) asked for the 14th of March 2020 sent to them on the 16th of March 2020.Samsung acknowledge receipt of information.

I the asked again and phoned Samsung again the 24th of March the person stating I would receive my voucher loaded on the 28th of March.

Still to today no voucher loaded?

I fined this unprofessional to say the least theft from a client?
