Samsung A5

<p>I bought my Samsung A5 3weeks ago. My phone fell and the screen went blank. Then this morning i wrote an email them on ADH core with a prove of purchase. They responded with a list of phones that they only fix unfortunately the list exclude the Samsung A phones am so disappointed and i need a clarity on why do the exclude the A phones because they all Samsung brand. </p>
