SAMSUNG 14TH AVENUE IS THE WORST!!!

<p>I bought a Samsung S7 on the 29th of December 2016 it then fell and the screen cracked I then called the Samsung company at Roodepoort and told them what happened they then told me I can bring my phone in as it's still under warranty and they said I didnt have to pay, so I went there on the 25th of February they took my phone and told me that it would be fixed within 5 to 7 working days but now on the 8th day I receive an email from a Refilwe advising me to see attached a quotation that I have to pay R1337 and that they will not fix my phone until I pay that amount, they had my phone for 8 days doing absolutely nothing , I'm sitter here waiting for an sms that I can come fetch my fixed phone but nooooo they were too busy putting a quotation together for the past 8 days after lying to me that I will have my fixed phone back within 5 to 7 days now that the 7 days are over they are singing a different song saying that my rear case is dented and it's not covered under warrantyI am never ever buying a Samsung again they sold me dreams!!! </p>
