s4 battery

Im utterly disgusted with Samsung brand store. I have been goin back an forth looking for a replacement of my battery. 1stly I have a smartphone that is currently useless as its battery cannot last me 5minutes. Everytime I go to brookly im told they do not have stock. I have phoned several times to *** number is either engaged or rings with no answer.I have Sent emails that were responded on after I complained. I do not know what else to do. Please replace my battery as it is not my problem that you did not make quality batteries how much more longer must I wait?<br>
