Rude Staff

Samsung I bought a screen protector at your canal walk branch and upon cleaning it with the cloth that was given to me it came off my screen. Shaun Dirkman assisted me and when I went back to the store to find out why it would just come off like that your staff gave me attitude. Utterly rude and unprofessional even insisted he was not the sales person who helped me.
