Repeat offenders

I bought a Samsung J5 from another retailer and it was under warranty. I dropped the phone and the screen cracked and I took it in for repairs. I paid for that repair as I was aware that it wouldn't be covered. I then put on a screen guard and bought a cover for my phone to prevent a re-occurrence. A few months later my speaker went dead. I took it to Samsung where they claimed I damaged it and that the phone speaker died because I dropped the phone which was incorrect as the drop marks were from before. The technician took the phone and did something to it and it worked. I walked out happy but not for long. About an hour later my screen was starting to get lines across it and it would get fuzzy. This continued until the screen would go bright or dim and eventually the screen would black out. I took it back to Samsung who once again accused me of dropping it again. These are the drop marks from the first crack which I still maintain. 2 unhappy customers walked in while I was disputing this and also complained that the repair jobs were starting to get costly as they would bring in their devices over and over again. My phone did not fall so the damage to the screen can only be as a result of poor repairs and then Samsung tries to void their repairs guarantee. I'm highly disappointed as I am not willing to pay so much money when I know this time it wasn't my fault. They did the same with my daughters tablet where the screen guard had a scratch and Samsung claimed the screen was cracked when it wasn't damaged at all. The tablet was just old and would not switch on and we just needed a damage report for the insurance. In my instance you cannot blame me for dropping the phone when I insist I didn't as those marks are from much earlier this year. It's unacceptable that you repair my screen and then it is faulty then you refuse to be held accountable. What is worse is that Maple from Smartlab very clearly said we can complain on hello.Peter but I won't get a response, seeming very unphased. It's unacceptable.
