Poor service

I bought a microwave in February, two late it just stopped working, I reported it on the 16 February and every week doing follow up ,they always gives me different stories like we will send a technician to come check or we will come replace it. Now I'm sitting on 3 months without microwave or solution to this matter. It is sad because they always gives me hope
