Poor Service

I bought my Plasma TV in April 2014 at Jet-Mart in Mamelodi Crossing and I was assisted by the guy called Joseph, It started to give me problems and having a line in the middle, on 24th of December I went to the store to inform them about my problem ang I spoke to Daniel and I was told that the repairs store is closed for holiday and will be opening on the 5/01/2015 then they will come to check the TV. I had to make numerous phone calls before the TV was collected. Finally it was collected by guys from Pretoria Appliance and TV on the 20th of January and I was promised that they will bring it back that same Friday, At this moment I am frustrated because I have made numerous phone call to the store where I spoke to Daniel and Joseph which the make empty promises, Rosa and Shiran from Pretoria Appliance which they told me that they don't have transport and there's nothing they can do to deliver my TV and Benson and Tshepo from Samsung which they are also making empty promises.<br> I am very disappointed in all 3 parties I have been communicating with, I I was disrespected and was not treated like a customer.<br> How can a huge brand like Samsung allow their customers to be treated like this
