Poor communication and Shocking Service

Poor Communication and shocking service Poor Communication and Service from Samsung Australia. I ordered a phone online on the 3rd of March 2023, and as of today the 13th, it still has not even been dispatched. I contacted customer service for them to tell me the online ordering system is being upgraded or some ****. Where was the communication and where is my phone? If I had known it was going to take this long I actually would not have ordered the phone and would have bought from Iphone instead as it was a toss up between the 2. I guess I took the wrong option and now have to be without a phone which is my life basically, for another week :(
