Phone's back cover ruined

<p>I took in my S7 Edge at the Samsung store in East Gate mall. It had to get fixed. That was done and i collected it. This past Thursday i noticed that the back cover was not glued on properly after it had been fixed. At that moment I had realized that had i decided to put it in water since its said to be 'water resistant' I would have had a huge problem so I wondered why the technicians had not made absolute sure that it was glued back on perfectly. Anyway, yesterday i took it back to the store to have the back cover glued on again. Waited for a while but because I really wanted my phone to fixed i was patient. Got my phone back and when i checked it, it seemed fine but once I got back home i checked it again, only to find out that it was loose again. My knowledge with glue is that if its used on the same surface more than once its no longer as effective as the first time. I also cant be running to and from Soweto to East Gate just for someone elses incompetence. This needs to be sorted out ASAP. Before i encounter more problems with my phone. Its either I get a fresh new cover or another phone if this matter can't be fixed.</p>
