Pathetic service from SAMSUNG!!!

The service from Samsung clearwater mall is beyond pathetic........ I booked my cellphone in on the 08/01/2024 Brand new Samsung A35 Galaxy, and they did not attempt to call me once in regards with the problems of my phone. I had to call them, the mother board had to be replaced. 1st Issues they had no drivers to collect parts) that is understandable as we all sometimes get stuck) Then I call again a week later now they said it will take a week as the guys repairing the phones is on leave - Fine Then I call again last week Friday, they said Monday my cellphone will be sorted, call Monday no they said Tuesday. When I called again today, I was told they will call be back they are busy with a customer, an HOUR later no one as returned my call. I then called back just for them to tell me AGAIN my phone is not ready it will be tomorrow......then I totally lost it..................What has happened to customer service from such big brand!!!!!!!
