Pathetic Service!!!!!

Pathetic Customer service. Took my phone in on the 3rd of January. They said they would email the quote to me and call me to let me know when my phone will be ready. I've tried to call numerous times for the past 3 days but either the phone just rings or someone answers and cuts the call. Disgusting service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
