PATHETIC SERVICE

My samsung cellphone has been handed in to the MMI Electronic repair centre Sandton on 27 October 2017. Samsung confirmed that they will replace my cellphone as it is faulty and was bought on 16 August 2017. Until now, I have not receive my new cellphone. The store manager just keeps on making promises as to when my phone will be ready for delivery, but never keeps his promises. Only on 8 December 2017 they actually bothered to give me a loan phone. I have bought a cellphone but do not have the product.

I will never ever buy from samsung again. Their service is pathetic!!!!!!!!!
