Overheating Samsung S21

Good day i just want to say I'm not happy, I am using the Samsung S21 5G SM-G991B/DS 256GIG Mobile phone, Samsung doesn't care about there clients and don't always respond to clients asking for help, I am so frustrated, the phone keeps overheating when you use the camera for video call or long periods of recording, i am talking so hot that you cant even hold it, it shuts down and you have to wait for it to cool down.

I use my phone for site support and remote support which video calling is a necessity.

Really Samsung I think you should recall all this s21 and give the customers what they pay for not a oven. and be so kind and answer people on threads about you faulty products not just give lame excuses on what to try and fix your faulty devices.

I believe I will get a respond with a for sure fix not just a 10 min fix, I want a device that's working, Not something that your engineers took a shortcut on.
