Outstanding service at Samsung Rosebank Mall

Although I have been at war with Samsung Mobile Sa for some months now due to a re-occurring screen fault I must pay a huge compliment to the Rosebank store in the Mall. My screen replacement had become a matter of urgency and I requested the change at this store. Unfortunately they didn't have stock of my model's screen and had to order it. I spoke with Nerisha the store manageress who kept in contact with me and a day or so later the screen arrived. The technician changed the screen within the promised hour and was extremely knowledgeable with regards their products, all in all an impressive display of service. Samsung Mobile Sa could take some notes.
