Not honouring promotions

I bought the new Samsung Stove and I qualified for the R2000 Woolworths voucher promotion which was advertised when I purchased the stove.

I struggled for over 2 weeks to get the voucher. I finally got it from them. I went to redeem the voucher 3 weeks later and was told the promotion had expired.

I was told when I bought the stove that I get the voucher, and not one person had told me that there was a cut off date to redeem the voucher. Now Samsung will not honor the voucher.

This is absolutely ridiculous, surely when I bought the stove they had made provision for this voucher? Why did I have to fight to get the details for the voucher? Why was I not told about the cut off date??

Samsung will never get a cent of my money again, and I suggest no one else buys from them either.
