Not getting my pictures in time.

I am appalled by a particular model that Samsung released, specifically, the A34. My woman (Ntokozo) bought the device purposefully for it's camera features, yet it gives so many problems and the camera is worse than Polaroid. Although it captures excellent pictures, they take forever to be sent to me, i think it's because they still need to be exposed in a dark room. Why this samsung make this particular model with a 'film requiring' camera? This is casually becoming a problem that is starting to be a thorn in our relationship. Please mend this before i ask her to return the phone to Shein Online stores, or was it Alibaba. Not sure, but it's definitely got something wrong with it. Or does she simply have to download the digital camera from play store?
