No Stock Of Battery Samsung Galaxy S4

Purchased this cell phone brand new 2 years ago. The battery packed up and I tried Samsung Four Ways, and Clear Water and their Service center at Constantia Kloof. All these stores informed me that they DO NOT have stock and they did not even try to be helpful. What kind of organization is this. They sell very expensive products but they have no back up service . On top of that their staff has no manners whatsoever!!!. This is a very poor show from Samsung, I will never buy a product from this arrogant company again.
