No service from Samsung

I ordered a phone battery on Thursday, 27 February 2020 from Samsung Customer Service Center at Bank City Johannesburg. I was advised it would take 24 hours to deliver. I called Friday, I was told Monday. I called Monday I was told Tuesday. I waited until Friday 6 March and was told they have not received the battery as yet. It should be there Monday 9 March. The customer service lady Siphesihle is courteous and even know my voice and i do appreciate that however, I will move to a different Brand of Mobile phone due to non delivery of a battery.
