No service at all

I went to Dion wired to fix my Samsung S4 screen at the samsung brand store, the lady just said sorry we have no technicians, referred me to Brooklyn Samsung brand store, then i asked if they can please phone and ask if there is screens and technicians available. She just said no sorry i dont have their number (How?) I drove there just to find 3 samsung staff on theor phones not even looking up to help me and said o sorry we cant help you, and then continuing on their phones. So rude not helpful at all. And my warranty expires in a month and its just to bad if i go there and they cant help me.. So the free screen is just a marketing technique because they dont even look up when you talk to them. I am very disappointed in the supposed to be samsung customer care centre.
