No service

After I have gone to the Samsung store in Somerset West mall I to have my S4 screen repaired, I was told to come back a week later as the gentleman doing the repairs is not there. When I returned this guy was there was had but no stock to repair my screen, which is very poor planning/forecasting. I then went to Deon Wired which the staff there helped me to book my phone in for repair. When I returned a hour later, the same guy that did not help me at Samsung was there. What a lazy guy that he could not even refer me to another store or pick up the phone and call them. <br> <br> At the end of the day my phone is still not fixed as no one has stock. <br> <br> 4 weeks and counting...
