no samsung repair centre in rustenburg

I bought n samsung s4 online from fnb smart device. Not knowing where to take the phone if a repair must be done. So i phoned fnb rustenburg telling them that my phone does not charge. Battery heating up badly and my phone also does not connect to any labtop or pc through usb cable. So i was adviced to take it to the nearest samsung dealer with the invoice that i got from a lady at fnb. When i get to samsung rustenburg the guy told me that they can assist with software repair only. he also told me that i must drive to Roodepoort myself to get it fixed or replaced. where is the after care for a samsung device. How can i get into my car after work to get my phone sorted out thats not even 6 months old. This us so so so unacceptable. where is samsung customer care??? Suppose to be the best device to buy. Sitting with a brand new phone struggeling with it and cant get it fixed. please advice.
