No quote for cracked screen after 2 weeks!

I gave my phone in for repairs at the Samsung Brooklyn store to replace a cracked screen. They promised that they should have the phone ready in about 2 weeks, but they will first email/call me with the quote. TWO weeks passed and I have not even received a quote yet!! <br> <br> I tried numerous times to call them on their landline, but they are not answering. Even called Samsung Vodaworld but they also often struggle to get hold of the Brooklyn Branch and can't confirm where my phone was sent to for repairs nor with a job card number. <br> <br> I even emailed the Brooklyn Branch, no response. What should I do. They are not close to my house or my offices. The only thing I can do is get into my car, spend an hour in traffic just to get a quote. Or hear that they don't have a quote yet and no estimate of when it will be fixed....? I should have given it in at Vodaworld Samsung where I have always received the BEST service ever!
