My tumble dryer has been fixed 3 times still in wa

My tumble dryer needs to be replaced as it has been fixed so many times and still will not work. Been broken since November 2015 it's end of Feb now and still no replacement. Customer services have resorted to argue ing over who is actually dealing with this claim inspite of speaking to Zmanagrment
