My phone is still broken.

My phone was sent in for repair at the brooklyn Branch in pretoria. They sent an sms saying that they will keep me updated. After more than a week, I tried to call them. After more than 100 attempts to make contact with them, i drove to them. When I got there, they where busy renovating the shop. I called the number on the window and found my phone in Nelspruit. They claimed that they informed everyone about the renovation, they did not. They said that my phone was ready and they wanted money from me to send the phone back to Pretoria. They sent the phone back broken without notifying me. The service report said, \no fault found\". Now I have to charge my battery using someone else's phone. This was just a waste of time and money, I need this phone and it is affecting my business. The phone is under warranty and I am not responsible for courier costs if they remove my phone from the shop without telling me. I offered to pay for the courier via email. "
